life force that governs the development of consciousness. Sattva is usually
translated as "consciousness" but the truth is it is a transformation
of your inner self that result in a new awareness of your true Self. To create
your own inner world of infinite potential and unlimited wisdom, you have to

consciousness that takes place during a three-day long festival.

on which the festival is based. This satti has a great meaning for those who
follow the vegetarianism traditions. It is believed that eating only vegetables
on this day will give you an eternal life because they are believed to be the
food for immortalizing your soul in the realm of spiritual beings.
As part of the ritual of madhur day panel chart devotees prepare a five
leaf vegetable tray for the entire family. It is believed that eating any leafy
vegetable or fruit on this day will help you to make peace with all the five
mandalas. These five kundals are referred to as the realms of existence
referred to in yoga. The Maduras are also believed to comprise the energy
bodies referred to in tantra practice.
Another important ritual on Maduri Day is when sweets are
cooking at home using milk and decorated with colorful candles. The sweets are
believed to contain the energy or the life force called 'sattvas'. The sweet is
believed to draw more energy and nourish the body parts that have been affected
by diseases. The sweets are then paraded before the entire community in order
to celebrate Madur Day.
On the final day of Madura, it is believed that the energy of
the community is absorbed by the flower petals and the fragrance of these
petals is inhaled by everyone. It is believed that a smooth fragrance is
inhaled by those who inhale it. This is a perfect day for family members to get
together and give gifts, eat and enjoy the festive atmosphere. The day is also
celebrated with particular songs and dances performed by male and female
dancers. The dance show is accompanied by special lighting and music, which
further enhance the appearance of the entire event.

the country and abroad. The Indian customs and traditional rituals are
incorporated into the celebrations. In addition to the food, the Maduras Day
celebrations also have a lot of activities and events planned. For example,
